Data collected through the contact form (name, company, email address, phone number, country and message) is used solely to answer your information or quotation request. Data is never shared with third parties and never used for marketing without your consent.

Legal basis and retention: your data is processed on the basis of your request (answering it falls under the legitimate interest of Park Amaryllis). Recipients and processors: your data is never sold and never shared for marketing. The website and its database run on a hosting platform (Emergent); the hosting provider processes technical data (such as server logs) on our behalf. Cookies
This site uses functional cookies (your language choice and cookie choice, stored in your browser). Our hosting platform may also set anonymous analytics cookies: __emg_vid (an anonymous visitor id, stored up to 1 year) and __emg_sid (a session id, stored up to 30 minutes). These contain no personal data and are not shared with advertisers. With 'Essential only' in the cookie banner, the site deletes these cookies where technically possible.
The admin panel (/beheer) sets HttpOnly session cookies for signed-in administrators. These are used only for that account and never for analytics.
Google Analytics 4 (only with consent)
With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 to measure how the site is used: which pages are viewed, which search terms are used in the assortment and whether forms succeed. We do not share this data for advertising: Google Signals and ad personalisation are off, and we do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers or message text. Your consent is valid for 12 months; we will ask again afterwards. To stop, use 'Cookie settings' at the bottom of every page and choose 'Essential only' — the _ga cookies are deleted and measurement stops.
Google Analytics 4 sets the _ga and _ga_* cookies (visitor and session ids, up to 2 years by default [CHECK: depends on the GA4 setting]). The retention of measurement data is set to 14 months in GA4 [CHECK: still to be set in GA4].
